Our Division has created a program called by ourselves the Mentoring Program. Which is intended to guide newcomer IVAO members as controllers and pilots in their first steps.

Members who wish to join this program as mentors must meet the following requirements:

• Possess AS3 and / or FS3 rank
• Be willing to spend some of your time helping new members.
• Comply with internal circulars for mentors.

All mentors will be eligible to earn the Online Suport medal based on their role as a mentor.

Anyone who wishes to be part of the group of mentors, send an email to cu-mc@ivao.aero with their name and VID. The Board of Directors of the Division is the one that decides which member will become part of said program.
